CLEARANCE ITEMS Any item (s) marked as clearance are NOT returnable or exchangeable. These goods are being sold well below our cost, in most instances, and we do not want them back. They are sold as is. All clearance items are clearly tagged as such and priced accordingly. Please choose wisely. All clearance hard goods are tested to insure proper function and safety.
HOLD ITEMS BBT will hold any item with a Retail Value of less than $100.00 for 3 days, at no charge. Any item with a value in excess of $100.00 will be held for 24 hours. After which it will be taken off hold and put back into inventory. (Sale items may be excluded.) LAYAWAY All layaway items require a 25% deposit - this includes tax. The balance must be paid in full within 30 days. If within 3 days you would like to remove the item from layaway you will receive your full deposit back (please allow up to 10 days for processing). After 3 days you will forfeit 15% of the deposit should you need a refund. After 30 days the deposit will be automatically transferred to a gift card less a 25% penalty and the merchandise will be returned to inventory. The gift card will be available for pick up at the same store the items were ordered from.
IN-STORE CREDIT All in-store credits will be issued with a BBT Gift Card. The gift card may be used to purchase anything we sell. The card has no cash value and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. For your protection, we may ask for identification. We do however, reserve the right to decline a refund or credit.
HARD GOODS May be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase accompanied by a valid receipt for exchange or in-store credit. Merchandise must not have been used, and must include all original packaging in “Like New” condition.
CLOTHING May be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase in new and unworn, unwashed condition accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for exchange or in store credit. If preferred, a mail check refund is available for cash or check purchases. Please allow 14 days for processing. If purchased by credit card, simply bring in your credit card, and we’ll have the accounting department credit your card. ** Returned clothing obtained with a previously issued in-store credit or previously exchanged hard goods can be presented for exchange only!
USED EQUIPMENT Sold as is, as shown. No warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final.
SPECIAL ORDERS All special orders must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of 25% at the time the order is placed. The money is non-refundable. Once you pay the balance due and pick up your merchandise all normal return/exchange policies along with the warranty are in effect.
If for any reason the item(s) have not been received into BBT after 21 days you may request the balance be transferred to an in-store credit or refund payable back to you. Credit card deposits will be refunded to your credit card (must be the same account) Cash & check deposits will be refunded via a check mailed to you or available for in-store pickup, please allow 10 business days.
You must return your copy of the special oder form to pick-up your product or receive any credit or refund.
Once the order has been received into Bad Boyz Toyz you will have 10 days to pick it up and pay for it in full. If after 10 days your order has not been paid for and picked up, you will receive a gift card for your deposit less a 15% restocking fee and the items will be put into general inventory.
RETURNSBad Boyz Toyz Online Store must receive notification on merchandise that is incorrect, defective or of any shortage or surplus in shipping within 5 business days.
Claims for items damaged during delivery must be placed with the appropriate parcel service.
Any items to be returned to Bad Boyz Toyz MUST include a Return Authorization Number. Packages not including a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted, nor will ANY package being sent freight collect. Freight for defective items will be paid by the customer. Upon inspection, items deemed defective by Bad Boyz Toyz will be replaced or a credit will be issued for the proper amount and necessary shipping charges. All returns include the original Bad Boyz Toyz invoice number for the merchandise being returned.
Any shipments from Bad Boyz Toyz that are refused or returned for any reason other than a warranty issue will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the gross sales price and necessary freight charges which will be applied to the customer's account. Shipments must be received with 30 days of receipt of goods.
All sales on closeout or custom merchandise are considered to be a final sale and are not returnable to Bad Boyz Toyz.

Shoes that show any visible signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an obvious manufacturer's defect. The shoes may need to be returned to the individual manufacturer to determine any warranty claims. Discomfort is not considered a manufacturer's defect. Normal wear and tear on a skateboard shoe is considerably different than normal wear and tear on a regular shoe. Skateboarding is inherently hard on shoes; scuffs, scrapes, and loose stitching are to be expected. Your shoes may be returned for in-store credit or money back within 21 days from the purchase date. You must have your original receipt, original "Like New" packaging, and the shoes can have NO VISIBLE SIGN OF WEAR. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without a receipt.
PRICE CHANGESBad Boyz Toyz reserves the right to change prices, special offers and or discounts without notice. Bad Boyz Toyz reserves the right to refuse sales and service to anyone choosing to act like a freaking moron. Bad Boyz Toyz is not responsible for typographical errors or misprint in ads, flyers, web sites or any other information we choose to disseminate.
WALK IN CUSTOMERSEven though we update the Bad Boyz Toyz website daily please do not assume that the items found on the site are available in the physical store for walk in purchase.
