RETURNS

Bad Boyz Toyz Online Store must receive notification on merchandise that is incorrect, defective or of any shortage or surplus in shipping within 5 business days.

Claims for items damaged during delivery must be placed with the appropriate parcel service.

Any items to be returned to Bad Boyz Toyz MUST include a Return Authorization Number. Packages not including a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted, nor will ANY package being sent freight collect. Freight for defective items will be paid by the customer. Upon inspection, items deemed defective by Bad Boyz Toyz will be replaced or a credit will be issued for the proper amount and necessary shipping charges. All returns include the original Bad Boyz Toyz invoice number for the merchandise being returned.

Any shipments from Bad Boyz Toyz that are refused or returned for any reason other than a warranty issue will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the gross sales price and necessary freight charges which will be applied to the customer's account. Shipments must be received with 30 days of receipt of goods.

All sales on closeout or custom merchandise are considered to be a final sale and are not returnable to Bad Boyz Toyz.

CLOTHING

May be returned within 5 days of the date of purchase in new and unworn, unwashed condition accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for exchange. If preferred, a mail check refund is available for C.O.D. purchases. Please allow 14 days for processing. If purchased by credit card we’ll have the accounting department credit your card. ** Returned clothing obtained with a previously issued credit or previously exchanged hard goods can be presented for exchange only.

PRICE CHANGES

Bad Boyz Toyz reserves the right to change prices, special offers and or discounts without notice. Bad Boyz Toyz reserves the right to refuse sales and service to anyone choosing to act like a freaking moron. Bad Boyz Toyz is not responsible for typographical errors or misprint in ads, flyers, web sites or any other information we choose to disseminate.

WALK IN CUSTOMERS

Even though we update the Bad Boyz Toyz website daily please do not assume that the items found on the site are available in the physical store for walk in purchase.

Internet pricing is not necessarily reflective of in-store pricing.

All Illinois customers must pay sales tax whether the goods are picked up in person or shipped to your house.

If you purchase an item via internet you must follow all required procedures concerning returns if you’re dissatisfied. You may not walk into the shop with an item for return unless you walked out of the shop with it.

WARRANTIES

Paintball guns and hard parts along with their various accessories are warranted by their individual manufacturers. Bad Boyz Toyz is under no obligation, expressed or implied, to fulfill the obligation of an individual manufacturer's warranty policy. We do, however, as a corporate policy make every effort within our means to insure you trouble free enjoyment of the equipment you purchase from Bad Boyz Toyz. It is your responsibility as a consumer to inspect the merchandise you have purchased prior to taking it into the field of play. Scratches, nicks, dings, stains, loose stitching or improper fir and finish problems cannot be addressed AFTER the item(s) have been used in tough, playing conditions.

HARD GOODS RETURNS & EXCHANGES

May be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase accompanied by a valid receipt for exchange or in-store credit. Merchandise most not have been used, and must include all original packaging in "Like New" condition. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges.

Normal restock fees range from 10% to 20% or we will apply a 100% credit to your account.

Certain items are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason. These items include: solenoids, circuit boards, paintballs, batteries, custom lettered jerseys.
