We're back...

Due to customer demand BBT is jumping back into the gun repair business with both feet.

While we never left as far as our Chicago area walk-in customers are concerned. We chose to stop advertising nationally, maintaining only a few good, loyal mail order customers. But times have changed and people are keeping their guns longer. At the same time guns have become more complex and prove to have more costly repairs.

We see it almost every day. A person excited about purchasing his/her gun, used off the internet or in person. Being taken advantage of by unscrupulous sellers, heartbreaking and aggravating but also costly. Taking the gun to an unknowledgeable or dishonest repair shop only makes the situation more of a bad experience and compounds your investment.

We're not those guys, if we were we wouldn't still be in business long after most others have gone.

To make sure you're comfortable, send us your gun an we'll diagnose the problem and give you an accurate estimate, free of charge. If you want it fixed we'll give you 10% off your initial labor charge, if not we'll box it up and send it back to you with no charge other than shipping.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
AFTER YOU'VE FILLED OUT THE BELOW FORM PRINT 2 COPIES.
1. A Copy for yourself.
2. Also a copy to put in with your gun.
3. Once we've received your gun we'll inspect your gun and match it up to your enclosed paperwork.
4. Once that happens we'll e-mail you back that we've received it in good condition, we will also compare the condition of the product in the box too your written description. If we find any discrepancies we will let you know.
5. We'll get to work, possibly contacting you a second time (via e-mail) to offer some suggestions or additional discounted upgrades.
6. Once completed we'll ship the gun back to you as you specificed and e-mail you a tracking number and total charges.

I hereby authorize the above work to be done with the necessary materials. BBT and BBT our employees may operate above equipment for purposes of testing or inspection, at my risk. An express mechanics lien is acknowledged on above equipment to secure the amount of repairs thereto. It is also understood that BBT will not be held responsible for loss or damage to said equipment or add on accessories in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond BBTís control. Equipment left after 2 weeks of notification of completion will incur a charge of a minimum of $1.00 per day. Equipment left over 60 days after notification become property of BBT Inc..

Upon shipment of a tank from BBT to a testing facility, BBT no longer has control of the tank. This process usually takes at least one week and generally averages about four weeks before the tank is returned to BBT. BBT is not responsible for the cost of the tank testing either if the tank passes or fails inspection. BBT cannot be held liable for damage inccured during shipping you must insure your equipment.

Solenoids
Solenoids are not returnable or exchangeable. If you are having a problem with a solenoid you just purchased you can return the gun with the solenoid still installed and we’ll send the whole thing to the manufacturer and they will figure it out. If you’ve broken the solenoid seal you will need to purchase a new solenoid.

Circuit Boards
After market and factory stock circuit boards can only be exchanged for the exact same board provided you have purchased if from Bad Boyz Toyz.

Nitro Duck N2 Systems
As a general rule paintball mania does not repair their regulators, they replace them. This will set you back about $100.00, unless they decide to warranty it. This includes retesting,
if the regulator does not come out of the tank without damaging the threads it will be replaced at approximately $100 plus $32.50 retest fee.

Indian Creek Designs
We do not work on these guns in-house for any but the most basic repairs. All guns will be sent to the manufacturer for repair. This will incur a shipping and handling fee of no
less than $25.00 plus the parts and labor.
